I feel another agent would have got us a much better price.

I liked the Abode staff who were generally helpful and seemed enthusiastic. However, the marketing of the house was not as I expected - poor quality photos and a write up which did not emphasize the best points.

The real issue was when it came to the negotiation with a potential buyer. It was a complex negotiation because of the buyer's building society. However I felt that we were not kept in the picture and that Abode just wanted their commission on the sale as soon as possible. They spent most of their time persuading us to accept a low price.
I'm sorry I used Abode and would not recommend them.

What agent could do to change your mind?
I think the agents could be more professional in their dealings with tenants. far to abrupt and off hand for no apparent reason. frequently asking for keys to be dropped off before previous arranged time is not acceptable. texting at 02.08 asking for keys is not acceptable. waiting until previous arranged time is missed before harassing someone would be more professional.

What agent could do to change your mind?
A bit of communication and actually knowing what is ahat before sending people on a wild goose chase when they have appointments and a strict time limit.

Returned phone calls, answered emails, actually paid me the correct amount of rent each month, not contacted me over things that I pay them to deal with
