I had my property on the market for more than two months with a very dissapointing response. I then decided to market it through several agencies and came accross ARMRESIDENTIAL. On meeting Andrew I felt this is someone I can trust and allowed his agency to market my property. When he told me his service covered seven days a week I did not pay much attention however when he called me midway through a Sunday afternoon to tell me he had a viewer I was a little surprised. The viewing went ahead the following morning and I recieved an offer that was the full asking price. I can highly recommend this agency!
