I initially dealt with Stefan to do the property viewings, and found him very professional and courteous. If he didn't know the answer to a question, he got back to me as soon as he had managed to get more information.
I then dealt with Dawn throughout the offer negotiation stage. Again, Dawn was generally professional, but I did have to chase a couple of times to find out whether my offers had been accepted. I think this though was probably a case of the vendors being difficult to contact, rather than any fault of Dawn.
Once my final offer had been accepted, my main point of contact was then Iain up until completion. Now, I've bought and sold several properties over the last few years so I've had many dealings with estate agents. Iain was probably one of the most knowledgeable agents I've dealt with, and he kept informed of the status of all the various parts of the transaction. The purchase took much longer than expected (mainly due to the mortgage lender being particularly slow to process the offer) which made it more stressful than it should've been, but Iain did what he could to keep things moving by chasing every day or two. At times, the constant chasing did annoy me a little, because I'm pretty organised and I was already pressing all parties to bring things to completion. But I can perfectly understand the need for an agent to want to close the transaction quickly and smoothly. So overall, an excellent service, and yes I would recommend the branch.
