Poor consistency in statementing, numerous missing. Accounts dept errors produced long-term (6months) misposting of rents back to tenant. Letters ignored by CEO. Never received any written reply from Head office at any time. Invoices for work done & charged not produced. Failure to oversee cleaning at end of tenancy. Completely inadequate inspection. Expensive commission. 6 months failure to find new tenant.
I came to this company from a local incompetent and untrustworthy agent and am very disappointed at coming to another, equally lacking in professionalism, with a shining contempt for clients.
