I mainly dealt with the two named people, but found all of the staff to be helpful, polite and professional at all times. Sometimes communications could have been improved (had a couple of viewings turn up unexpectedly!) but overall it was good.
If I had to mention something that could be improved, it would be the knowledge of the ;part-time' Saturday people (they were on occassions heard to mention thhat they were 'just the key turner' or even 'the Saturday eye candy!!!!!)....this was when I was viewing prospective properties....it wouldnt take much for them to 'gen up' on the properties they have viewings on as this kind of lets the side down a little......overall though, I was impressed with their work.... they got the job done and sold my house!!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
