I was really happy with the service from Hemmings Hanlon Clark, I was kept up to date at all stages of the marketing and sale of my property. Viewings were arranged promptly and I received feedback from every viewer within a couple of day of the viewing.

Overall a very friendly, professional and efficiant service.

What agent could do to change your mind?
After a year of one to many problems with the agent there was nothing they could have done. Also they were unwilling to improve and would advise that certain staff would benefit from training in customer relations.
