I wouldn't use this agent again. The bath in the property we rent has been broken for a few weeks and despite daily calls to them they've so far managed to send two 'workmen' (the first of which came without any tools) who have failed to fix the problem. I can't get anyone to take any action or any responsibility for doing anything and I'm at the point where I'm considering sitting in their office and refusing to move until they sort it out.
