Incredibly lengthy, ludicrously detailed, repetitive process. Their internal systems cannot share information with each other meaning that the 6/7 page form filling exercise has to be completed several times for every adult across different websites. Ontop of this, i have found some of their staff members pushy and rude when questioning the need for such a monotonous, intrusive process.
What agent could do to change your mind?
whilst their website looks relatively nice, wherever they are storing client details really needs to be more transparent. The fact I cannot use the same previous addresses for my wife and I is simply ridiculous. Then only to be asked to fill all this information again when they wanted to complete a credit check on me, in another location? Its just a ridiculous system and I would definitely look to avoid using DJ Alexander in the future.
