This agency is a joke all round. They are so unhelpful and have such a bad attitude its unreal. From never calling back when trying to get the keys to move into the property, to the hugely bad attitude the manager had when trying to complain about the treatment from the staff.
It took a week longer to get the keys from the agent than agreed and I had to physically go down to the office to get an answer to anything. After me complaining that they never call back etc, 3 members of staff all tried to call me a liar in front of the girl who had just admitted she never called me back when she should have.
Leaving has been a total farce as well. We gave the months notice in writing to the agency as per our contract and then we get a phone call a month after we move out asking where our rent is ! We thought we had sorted that out but oh no ! We come home in DECEMBER to a solicitors letter from the landlord threatening us with a CCJ for the months rent we DO NOT OWE THEM. Try and get any answer from them as to why they obviously didn't do their job and inform the landlord we had given the months notice and I've got to ring somewhere in Manchester to get an answer! Also the manager here has an extremely bad attitude. When we handed the keys in my boyfriend expressed how badly we were treated and glad to be leaving and his response was " well we are probably glad to be getting rid of you too" From a branch manager, I couldn't believe my ears!
We were good tenants, we paid every month on time never rang them for anything on the property and left it in good condition.
I've had one positive experience from this from Tom, he actually called me back like he said he would.
Never ever let from this agency and never from this branch because as soon as want anything its never going to happen and forget trying to complain they really don't care !
What agent could do to change your mind?
If they had done their job properly and called people back when they said they would. Also they need to sort their bad attitudes out.

What agent could do to change your mind?
If they had done their job properly and called people back when they said they would. Also they need to sort their bad attitudes out.
