Having moved abroad I thought it would be a nightmare to rent out and manage my property, but one of my end of tenancy cleaner recommended Leaders and I gave them a try. I must confess that David Lewin did indeed represent our home in the most honest and best manner and valued it correctly.
Majella Paddon was absolutely a superstar as she dealt with our property throughout the tenancy and treated all the details of our house with utmost care and attention and mainly took the hassle out of managing property from abroad. I was throughly impressed how detailed the property inspection report was and although she manages other properties of Leaders clients' but her service to me felt like my property was the only one she managed. Her knowledge of home repairs and improvement was invaluable and she knew the property intimately and dealt with queries very quickly and it almost felt like she worked for me exclusively.
Leaders come highly recommended for Landlords in Sutton, Surrey and I would definately use them again and again.
