If Romans concentrated more on getting the job done in hand instead of bombarding ex tenants with emails and text messages of a personal nature then maybe the office would run a lot more smoothly and the Property Manager could concentrate on doing her job and sorting out problems which need dealing with. How a Company manages to operate like this is beyond me, not professional and rude
