Living room was redecorated before I moved in. Decorators had left the curtain rails on the floor. Immersion heater not working. Contacted Woodcock on 1st July and asked them to rectify. In September Two of the rings on the hob failed and one of the other two started to play up. Contacted Woodcock and asked them to fix. Made several calls since, various promises made but as of 12/12/2013 nothing has happened at all. These guys are only interested in rent collection, not maintenance.
Avoid them.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Maintain property to a suitable standard

Im sorry to hear that you were not happy with your experience of Woodcock Holmes we pride ourselves on our customer service and are very disappointed to hear that we have a client who was dissatisfied. Woodcock Holmes work as a letting agency and assist landlords and tenants in getting and keeping properties up to scratch however we can not carry out any works on properties without the landlords authority. We will always try and ensure maintenance is done on the property in a speedy manner but can not guarantee any works.
