Myself and my girlfriend stayed in a city centre flat for 9 months this year and Hutton Parker were our landlords.

The flat itself was in good condition so the need to deal with them over the course of our stay was minimal. The one main time was when our boiler packed in one evening. I emailed the agency and this was fixed first thing the next morning. Given experience with other agencies this was very impressive.

When we handed our notice in, we were given ample notice of viewings that were arranged which allowed us time to have the flat in a respectable state.

Overall the agency were easy to get a hold of, friendly and quick to respond to problems so you can't ask for more than that.

Finally, we have maintained communication since I moved out which makes you rest easy as you know you will get your deposit back promptly. They're also not the sort of company that are always looking to squeeze money out of you for anything they can. I would recommend this agency as it is a small company and not a large chain so they have time to be more personable and deal with your issues quicker than most agencies I have dealt with.

No worse or better than anyone else. Tend to keep too much of the deposit despite professional cleaning and you have to fight them all the way to arbitration to get it back.

Their admin fee for arranging my tenancy was slightly below what I'd paid in the past, which was nice. I was also happy to note they did not charge any type of "finder's fee" for taking the property off the rental market.
