Neil at B Simmonds acted very professional in the sale of my property, he did not put my property on the market in the view to get a quick sale likely other estate agents do but rather to get the best possible sale value based on the demand at the time which in my case was the top of the market rate. We had an open day viewing and I sold my property on that day, Neil and his colleague organised that open day with precision. I would highly recommend B Simmonds when selling any property, they are always available to answer any questions and will go out of their way to make the selling process as stress free as possible. They get top marks from me!!
