Your staff kept me updated on the conditions of my apartment and also seek my approval on what needed to be replaced before the apartment is put on market again.
I am going to spend 2 weeks in London for this coming Christmas holidays and happens that the tenant is moving out. Your staff was able to provide the flexibility for me to stay in my apartment for one week. This is customer delight!!

Hi , my comment references Rebecca Stewart who manages my property. I just wanted to express my thanks that she is quite proactive and helpful particularly in recommending a course of action when something has happened or needs to be dealt with. On her initiative she also sourced for competitive quotes for workman to undertake assorted repair works at my unit when I expressed surprise at how expensive the rectifications seemed to be.
