They said they will make some painting and repairs once we would move in but they never did.The Manager (never meet somebody working in costumer service ruder then her!!) shout at me every time or answering very rudely to the email.

They threatened us about the final cleaning because we did not want their cleaners. They insisted so much.... but it's the tenants right provide themselves! Do not let them convince you!

They put some weird costs in the check out list, just to get some money out of us. For those ones who are dealing with them now, do not give up, they try to scare you but if you are right, do insist on your right. Imagine they did not want to tell us in advance the price for the check out clerk? The manager said: You will see the cost when we will take the money from your account!
In oe of the reviews I read you would write to the landlord. I will do the same! They should not get any job!
