Ali was the main person who helped find Tenants with good references. The payment of the rent is regular and on time. Ali has always been there to answer and advise us. His colleague Mark has always assisted us in Ali's absence. We will be taking on their services for our future investments.

Dear Javid, Thank you for your response. The contracts were sent out via DocuSign to Eghima two weeks prior to the move-in date. DocuSign works in a flow system where it reaches one person at a time, and the contracts get forward to the next person after the first person has signed and sent it back.
