I wish at everyone do not have problems at home after signing a contract with Davis&Gibs.

Now are 8 month i am waiting that they give hot water to the shower.

Are 8 month that they try to ignore me and FOUND EXCUSES because the OWNER DOES NOT WANT TO SPEND £400 for fix it.

Are 8 month that we are having COLD SHOWERS and it's not funny...

Are 8 month that I LOST MY TIME writing emails praying that they decide to fix the problem.

In all those 8 month they wasn't able to fix many other problems in the flat like stoves of the cooker wasn't working the kitchen hood it doesn't work, the toilet door had to keep half open.

The first day i have been inside, it was a big mess in all the flat, no maintenance...

I had to fixed most of important issues by myself because the maintenance wasn't able to do it, but are able to find excuses to do maintenance if it takes too long or costs too much.

Is happened several times that I had appointments who have not respected without any warning, and then I LOST DAYS OF WORK waiting somebody never came that day.

I hope that they will understand one day how much important is to have hot water for the shower.

THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF AGENCIES IN LONDON and DAVIS & GIBBS for sure IS NOT COMPETITIVE.

the agents treat clients like beasts, they forget we are them customers.. they don't give respect to the customers at any circumstances. they harass you indirectly, they don't have standards in flats they rent. Agents do not accept their responsibility in the comparison of the customers are forced to rot in their apartments.

Ah so you're the landlord who is plastered all over the internet owning 59 Richborne Terrace. Thought about viewing that property but decided against it after what was written about you not repairing the property and how it was not legally safe. The mould photos are awful. Rent is a little high but in all fairness given the unbelievably quick turn around I can't complain. Furthermore rent in London full stop is unbelievably high so again no real complaints.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Repair of our landlord/agent relationship is hopefully an ongoing work in progress, one in which I hope to see and feel a greater priority of care/ care to detail from Davis & Gibbs.

I was offered a discount as a long term landlord user of the service, but it appears that hasn't been translated to upper management. I'll soon have to source through documents just to obtain the tiny reduction offered.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Transparency in answering questions. Checks by senior staff on the communication between tenants and lower staff to ensure basic levels of politeness and also punishment to staff that clearly disrespect tenanats and ignore their legitimate concerns.
