We recently purchased a home in Maidenbower via the Mansell McTaggart - Crawley branch and we have never experienced such an awkward and slow team of people to deal with. Between ourselves, our solicitor and our estate agent (in Weybridge) we managed after weeks of trying to secure exchange and completion on the property to master the entire process ourselves with minimal assistance from Mansell McTaggart. You would think they did not want the business, they offered no communication to us, we had to make daily calls, sometimes 2-3 calls each day to push things along. Perhaps a review of this branch with some performance management steps would not go amiss. They seems to be asleep whilst the rest of the world is bending over backwards to maintain a strong customer network in these current times. We will not use Mansell McTaggart again for any sale or purchase and most definitely would not be recommending them to anyone.

In fact, we liaised closely with both solicitors and your agent and the chain was able to exchange in 9 weeks. This is well within average timescales, particularly when a chain is involved. Regardless of this, it is unacceptable if you felt the need to chase us and we have indeed reviewed our sales progression procedures following your feedback.
