We moved into our property last November and we did have a lot of initial problems. Our flat had been missed off the ¢â‚¬Ëœcleaning list', which didn't start us on the right foot, and we had a list of repairs needing carried out.

The company seemed to really go on a Customer Service drive early this year and they couldn't have been more helpful. We've been compensated financially and our full list of repairs (plus other small requests) have been carried out. They've even offered to sort out a parking space debate we've been having with one of our neighbours who keeps using our space. The communication between us and the Property Team has really improved (one of my previous complaints) and we are informed of workmen coming in and updated on the progress of repairs etc.

We've been in the property 7months now, we're really pleased with the service since the beginning of the year and we've no plans to move on. It does feel like DJ Alexander's are trying to set themselves apart from the competition in Edinburgh through improving their services to tenants.
