They are a breath of fresh air, the team are very efficient, honest and professional without being smarmy. This is the second time I have used Goldin Lemke, and both times they have achieved a realistic price. Due to personal reasons I was going through a very tough time, I'm very grateful that Simon and Matt completely respected my space and simply worked very hard to achieve a sale (despite some very unpleasant tenants). If you want to use an independent estate agent who won't waste your time with sales patter. then I can highly recommend Goldin Lemcke.
