I have just exchanged contracts on a property that I purchased through Sarah Khalil at Barnard Marcus Kennington. Since I first registered with Barnard Marcus I found them to be extremely accessible and helpful. Sarah paid great attention what I was looking for and I never felt under pressure to view or make offers on properties that I wasn't interested in. Sarah was always on time for viewings and kindly waited for me on one occasion when I was late.
Once my offer had been accepted, Sarah worked tirelessly to ensure that things proceeded to schedule. She liased with the tenants to expedite the survey and acted to mitigate potential delays, such as in obtaining the pre-assignment pack from the freeholder.
Sarah, Chuk and the rest of the team acted with honesty and integrity and kept me very well updated throughout the process. I had a very good experience of working with the team at Barnard Marcus Kennington and would highly recommend to a friend.

Like all letting agents, they charge both the landlord and tenant for their service. The fees seemed in line with the industry standard for the tenancy agreement and referencing, which are ridiculous, but I asked for a discount on the fees and got one, so I was satisfied.
