Joanna has been fabulous the entire way through our four-year tenancy. Nothing is too much trouble and she has always been helpful and willing to assist - we will be extremely sorry to leave both Jo and Winkworths in the new year due to the sale of the property. Firstly please accept my apologies for the delay in replying. I am sorry you had a wasted and long trip. I believe that the appointment was booked for 6.30 and that James was at the property on time and waiting to show you the property as scheduled. He had called you many times from 6.30 until 6.45 with no answer. He therefor assumed you were not attending and left the property. At 6.55 you called back to advise you had arrived. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
