I didn't expect much when i made the initial call to springbok as i assumed like all other agents it would be all about money money money, where this sale was a little different my auntie had owned her home for over 30 years and after loosing my uncle and not being able to afford repairs she wanted to sell the property. Nick was the valuer who came to visit us on the initial consultation, he was friendly and made my auntie feel at ease he understood why she wanted to sell and was sympathetic with regards to the situation, we advised nick we didn't want it going on the open market and was looking for a cash sale and we knew what price we wanted for it, nick was a bit taken aback that we didn't want what the property was worth but a fraction of the price he did explain in detail we would be able to achieve a much higher monetary value than what we actually wanted, but my auntie had decided what she wanted (she wasn't in it for the money). nick was happy to proceed with the sale and explained that springbok had a hand full of cash buyers who buy in the area and assured us we would have no problems selling the property we was also given time to read over the agreements and pull out if we wanted to . once all agreement had been signed the sale of the property was passed on to jenna, jenna was friendly and always happy to help, we had regular contact and the sale of the property soon went through, from start to finish it averaged 5/6 weeks. i would highly recommend springbok to anyone who wishes to sell there home, I will be using springbok to sell my own property as have decided to put it on the market.

Springbok Properties strives to provide a high standard of service to all our customers at all times. If you feel we have not achieved this in any way, we'd really like you to tell us.
If You Have a Complaint
If you're not happy for any reason, your first point of contact should be with the team handling the sale of the property. It doesn't matter if you are the vendor, a prospective buyer or you have purchased the property through us. The team you have been dealing with will get started on resolving any issues as soon as they are aware of the problem.
If they can't help, they will escalate you complaint within our internal complaint procedures. You will be contacted by a manager or assistant manager the same day if we can.
Sometimes a complaint can be complex, or requires some investigation on our part. You may feel you would like to make your complaint more formal. If that is the case, please feel free to contact us by email or post.
