I'm very surprised by some other reviews,
I have been renting from Rainbow Reid for the past 3 years.
They are by far the best agency I've dealt with since living in London.
Very friendly, courteous and quick to reply to any emails we sent.
Our stay was pretty much uneventful, but when our oven broke down, we got a brand new one the day after. We have had problems with the boiler mainly due to British gas engineer's incompetence but rainbow reid staff were very helpfull with Paul Reik coming himself to help late in the day when we had no hot water.
I would definitely recommend them, no other agency gives you instant reply when you have serious issues in your flat.

It is a real shame that such a review has been written. We as an agency have responded swiftly to the various issues raised saying that we have reported these to the landlord and are awaiting instructions. We have only received these instructions today. Our hands are tied until we have these.
The correct contract was sent out immediately. The tenants then requested a contract with a break clause which was never agreed to and the landlord refused.
