After having my property on the market for nearly a year with two previous estate agents I decided to switch to Cowell Norford. I'd viewed a property earlier in the year with them and had been contacted on a regular basis since then and felt that they demonstrated a highly motivated and dedicated service to their clients, which made me feel they would provide the same level of service when selling my property.
Not only did Cowell Norford sell my property within a short period but they also worked to get me the best possible price on my next property, negotiating on my behalf with the other estate agent and in my opinion earning their fee back for me.
I found the service excellent with one main point of contact offering a more personal service working around my needs and work by using email during the week to keep me informed of all updates on the sale of my property, without interrupting with phone calls.
I will definitely use Cowell Norford in the future and will recommend their service to everyone I know looking to sell their property.
Had it not been for the hard work and negotiations by Sam I probably would not have been able to get my first choice of property within my budget, the service was above and beyond what I had expected and well worth the fee. Thank you.
