Dear Rhys
I am taking this opportunity to write to you to thank you for the excellent level of service you provided me during my recent house purchase
From the first time we met where you showed me around the property I felt that you cared and that the potential sale mattered to you.
As you will recall the purchase was not without its difficulties. Although Dimitar dealt with most of these when you were asked to assist you always did and bothered to call back with an answer. Where you impressed me most was once the sale had gone through. You may recall I had issues with existing phone lines and previous tenants. Your remit was complete but you still bothered to contact the previous occupiers in an attempt to resolve things. Following this up with calls and texts to ensure that I was happily installed in my new home.
I felt moved to write in order that your level of service provision is recognised. May I wish you every success in your chosen career

As a oversea landlord, I recently used Life Residential as my leasing and management agent, during the last 2 months of working with them, I must say it has been such a delighted experience. - James is the leasing manager, who has been really helpful to have the apartment published/leased out ASAP, alway available to answer all my queries within and beyond working hours, also giving appropriate advices on what is needed or not needed so I could save some money. - Aiste is my leasing agent. ...
