This is the experience I got when renting from you and it may happen again to another tenant. All I can say is the tenancy contract was signed by a Miss * as your representative and the landlord is... a Mr *! It looks like a family business and hard to believe you were completely unaware of ** that was taking place. I may have an accent but I am not mentally retarded.
