1let really took the stress out of renting out my flat! My tenants have been excellent and it has always been rented quickly with minimal gaps. I would highly recommend them as a professional, friendly and reliable agency.

At the time I joined they were slightly higher than the rest, but for a good reason! (when others were cheaper, they were in the end costing me a heck lot more than just the management fee). One cannot expect when paying a bus fare, to receive a cab service.
