I am really impressed and very happy with the way Rob conducted the sale of my house. He came to do the valuation of my house. Spent a great deal of time explaining marketing options and the costs. Very thorough and professional.
The selling of my property was a bit complex as the tenants were not given notice on time by other letting agent. Therefore led to a delay of sale by 1 month. This is where Andrew was brilliant in keeping me up to date on what the buyers solicitors were proposing. I found him extremely understanding and empathetic.
If it weren't for Douglas Allen I probably would have lost the sale. A lovely bunch and very helpful. I intend to purchase and would without a doubt appoint them to sell properties in the future.

Not putting pressure on us about where we were taking out our mortgage and conveying services from. With the property we have now purchased, we were not asked for this information until after the offer was accepted.
