This was absymal. The mains burst outside the flat flooding it. It took a fortnight for them to attempt to dry out the carpet, during which interim I was lied to on a daily basis about the progress on making this happen and, when I didn't go away, they attempted to intimidate me by saying that I had threatened the contractor and refused them access to dry the carpets out (why I would do this when they were actually starting to rot I have no idea).
Two months later there still isn't a floor in the flat; although glacial works have started - this is in part the landlord's responsibility but has not in anyway been aided by Leaders.
In addition when I attempted to move the date of the rent they were extremely unhelpful; and are also incapble of responding in a timely fassion to any communication.
In my experience Leaders are not only Lazy but also Incompetant. I would strongly advise choosing another agent; both if you are a tennant, a landlord, or especially an insurer (the damage to the flat was substantially more extensive than necessary due to Leaders' lack of action).

As above expensive and lots of 'hidden' fees that they try to get through. Make sure you tell tenants not to pay any contract renewal fees as they wont tell the landlord they are charging them!

I couldn't agree more with the points raised in this review. The property clearly hadn't been cleaned properly before our tenancy. They then had the cheek to point out issues on our Check-out, blaming us for them, when they had already been raised by them on our Check-in!
