I don't usually comment on these sites but I've just read a review by a tenant and the things they complain about are the reasons I've trusted crook and blight for so long. I want my agent to check the house regularly! I want my agent to do a detailed inventory of the house! I want them to be strict during the moving out. I've got a friend and their agent gave the person the bond back because they didn't want to challenge them. I want my agent to chase the rent if it isnt paid! I always recommend them to my friends for these reasons!

All I can say is that I've got 5 houses with Crook and Blight which have been rented out solidly for 8 years and have had exemplary, personal service throughout. I can only presume you left the place in a state and got annoyed when they took some of your bond! Paul. ...
