What an absolute sham this company is. DO NOT under any circumstances let your property through them or pay for them to manage it. They are useless and do not do the paperwork needed to support you if things go wrong. I ended up paying out for solicitors and didn't even get my deposit back because Simpsons hadn't done their job, The DPS clearly stated that the agents had made errors.
What agent could do to change your mind?
