On three occasions, I have called Dexters up about houses they have advertised on Zoopla and their own site. The latest one went up on 22nd November. I called to arrange a viewing to be told it was under offer and had been for 'about a month'. I know agents keep houses up once they are under offer but why bother listing them from scratch four weeks after they have been sold?

The fact that I am registered as a buyer with this office seems irrelevant - they never call about properties coming on. They spoke to me as if I was stupid when I asked the obvious questions as to why they didn't let me know about the latest one and indeed why they bothered to advertise it as For Sale a month after it is sold. I get it - the buyer doesn't care who it gets sold do and if Johnny No Stars has a developer/mate on his books who can do a quick deal then he'll go for it. Fine - but then don't advertise it and I won't need to waste my time listening to your rubbish.

They are basically a bunch of useless 'twunts' ... please, please spare me from ever having to speak with them again by using a different agent for your sale. I hate to say this but dealing with another agent is a pleasure compared with talking to these idiots; whilst prices might creep up with them moving into Twicks, the service level seems to be doing so, too.
