Most of their lettings are of single rooms. You will NOT have any say about who moves into the other rooms within the property. If you moved in to an all-female flat at the start of your tenancy you could well find that the other rooms have all been taken by men by the end as the other tenants' contracts have expired and they've left to get away. They don't care about who they're putting into the rooms so long as they're getting their money - reporting that your new housemate is violating the tenancy agreement or breaking laws will do nothing.

We had our utilities cut off on multiple occasions because of non-payment of bills (all rooms in the property were let on an inclusive basis and should have been covered by either the agency or the landlord) - and the utilities companies were sent by the agency to collect money from us until we showed them our contract proving that it was not our debt.

They won't register your deposit with a protection scheme (as they are legally required to do), or at least they won't register the full amount - and you won't hear back from them for at least a month following the end of your tenancy.

If you're thinking about renting from them, DON'T. If you're already renting from them, keep everything in writing. With dates. Your legal advisors will want to see it. And look into moving out as soon as possible.

I have had recent terrible experiences with this company getting my deposit and part of my rent back. It really is the worst company to rent from. Return my deposit strainght after moving out. Agree to relocate me as soon as the court case took place. And be honest about the issues (They lied to me and re-sighned the contract when they had no legal right to do so! They should have let me know about the court case and provide me with an option to move to a new place if they didn't want to lose me as a tenant)

I echo the experience as outlined above. They have even manufactured a false landlord! Issued licences to the tenants as opposed to AST's and failed to protect deposits. And that is only the beginning. DO NOT USE ANY COMPANY WITH A NAME SIMILAR TO PROPERTY MATCH. DO NOT DEAL WITH PAULO AFONSO, CHRISTINE BERG OR SANDRA BANDE.
