We have had so much trouble with Ashtons, they started the tenancy on a bad note by agreeing a price on the phone then when we came in to sign it had mysteriously increased, by this point we had committed so had no choice as delivery vehicles etc had been booked. Once we moved in the requested us to be at home for visits but didn't turn up. Then at other times they entered the house for no reason whilst we were away and seemed to make up a ludicrous excuse. When we left tr property once again we had verbal confirmation everything would be fine and no charges etc only to be sent a letter with charges of over £200 only after much negotiation and a month long wait did we get some of our deposit back. Very difficult and unprofessional

I would never rent a property that Ashtons manage again. Unprofessional, do not fix things and very under hand in how they deal with issues.
