Rented various flats and a house with this property agent. No problems as manitenance was carried out with haste when required. Always polite office staff. Can't understand other reviews added as the agent and staff placed customer commitment first.
All I believe is that owner is just greedy for money. He left me with an oven and shower that was giving electric shocks, I had 2 small children living there, I had to get environmental health involved, in the end I just left, and my deposit was never returned, which is just disgusting. I never damaged his property.
