The property management team are absolutely useless. We called them several times as we had problems first with our tv and then with humidity. No one got back to us. Last week our boiler broke down. We have been without hot water or heating for 7 days now and it has not been fixed yet. They didn\'t even think about providing electric heaters for the time being. The team should have booked a technician days ago to repair the boiler but apparently they are "very busy at the moment and we have to understand them". All we can hear on the phone is someone puffing and getting annoyed at us. Very bad service. Very, very disappointing.
What agent could do to change your mind?
They should have treated our case with the right importance and solved the problem in an acceptable amount of time.
