Simon was throughout the process a reassuring influence for both myself and I assume the buyer who completed the sale within 6 weeks from start I finish. Not only was he proactive with any problems but was always available with advice, reassurance and a solicitor to recommend (who was awesome too ). I have never had such a positive house selling experience and while I realise it is down to the buyers in the end the entire team at Taylor's were excellent and of course value for money.

Comment on agent fees
Like many people we were sceptical regarding the level of estate agents' fees generally - wondering whether what they do is worth the fairly large fee charged. However, Simon offered us a deal at slightly lower than the advertised fee - which we were pleased to accept. Given the high level of service we received, throughout what at times seemed to be an interminable process (no fault of Taylors!) we felt Taylors definitely earned their fee.
