We initially put the property on the market in February 2013 and all appeared to be moving along fine. Then we were passed onto another member of staff to deal with, and about a month later another member of staff and finally finished with the manager. Even though we had the manager dealing with our sale things still didn\'t move on. No financial checks were done on prospective purchasers of the vendor who wanted to buy our property.

There was no proper management of sales of the vendors property and least of all finding a buyer for our property. In the end we actually found a buyer ourselves and unfortunately had to go through the estate agent.

Frankly very poor service and very poor management avoid at all costs.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Manage the sale by not passing us between all the staff in the office. Do their job properly by checking the financial status of the prospective buyers and keeping the customer informed instead of the customer chasing for updates.
