Tina and Barbara sustained their support throughout what turned out to be a succession of bizarre tales and false dawns that protracted the sale of my mother's house. They had never had a case like it - and we believe them. We finally completed after the fourth accepted offer. The first three so-called buyers each claimed to want to complete quickly. The first spent two months messing about with stupid offers - in the end he hoodwinked himself: the second was so keen to complete we emptied the house. Days before completion the buyer mysteriously stopped communicating with anyone - even with their solicitor. Two months later we had a one-line message that they had experienced life-changing circumstances. The third wanted to complete quickly; even to move in on a rented basis. Thank goodness we refused. Having first, unilaterally, taken over the utility accounts and re-directed their mail to the property they then disappeared off the face of the earth for best part of six months. There's more to this tale that we shouldn't add here! Not only were Tina and Barbara diligent in trying to get to the bottom of each of the tales, each time the sale fell through they negotiated successfully to maintain the price of the house even though, by then, it had been empty for a quite some period of time. Throughout the fourteen months before the last and successful transaction, both retained professional diligence on our behalf, were always friendly and interested in us as a family and always reassuring. We highly recommend them to anyone selling in the area.

In view of all the work undertaken from initial marketing of the property, phone calls, arranging and attending viewings, providing feedback and guidance, the fee was quite reasonable. Good to be involved in the process without the stress of showing people around the property.
