We called Carsons for a valuation and were very impressed with Paul Freeman. There was no pressure from Paul, he was very knowledgeable and gave us excellent advice. The property particulars were beautifully presented. Paul suggested that we do an Open House sale and very quickly had over 12 viewers for us on the day. The Open House was a great idea as the house sold and was less hassle for us as we both worked full time. All our telephone calls and questions were dealt with very efficiently. We received mortgage advice from Carsons Mortgage Adviser Parm Singh which was extremely beneficial and our mortgage was arranged very quickly. Our sale went through and Carsons took the stress away from us... thank you to all at Carsons for their efforts and support during the sale of our house.

I am pleased with the advisor's fees. However, I find the insurance fees and coveyancing fees are quite uncompetitive. For this reason, i could not use the insurance quotes from Parm. The conveyancing service was excellent but rather pricey. I was not allowed the choice to use any other solicitors on this purchase.
