I was on with a local agent for six weeks they had overpriced my property and filled me with false hope, I had no viewings and no contact from them. However, I called Burchell Edwards in Sheldon after recommended by a friend they were able to come out to my property the same day and re-value it for me at an achievable price, as a result they let in within three days. Although their fees were slightly higher than another agent they were well worth it. Their professionalism was outstanding and it really does show you pay for what you get, I would definitely recommend them.

I feel that the fees charged by Burchell Edwards are extremely excessive, and was extremely disappointed to receive only one set of keys for the property. There are two of us renting the property, who both had to pay the fees charged. For us to then have to get further keys cut at our own cost seems incredibly unfair
