We had a fabulous experience with Greg, Holly and Claire who supported our move into 122 Cooks Close providing an inspirational customer service and making us feel supported as they guided us through the lettings process. At the time we were due to begin moving in we unfortunately were staying in a local hospital due to a personal issue and despite this the team did everything to ensure our move could still happen allowing family members to assist in our absence. We would definitely recommend CJ Hole.

Thank you for your feedback Chelsee. Properties are always assessed based on the original Inventory/Schedule of Condition. Ultimately it is the Landlord who decides whether to pursue any claim against a deposit, not the Agent. I understand that a Property Manager is currently in discussion with you regarding the deposit claim and that the cleaning issues did involve more than removing dust.
