Pam is always kind, friendly, happy, courteous and helpful. She gave us great help and her time to organise our awkward payment method and made life a lot easier than it could've been.
When our old flat was sold and we had to move, we decided to move only 2 doors down as we'd still be dealing with Country Properties, living in a place we like and would have a much easier time moving.
