Comment on agent fees
Higher than some but so worth it, the extra I got in the selling price achieved more than paid this.

Thank you for the positive review Julie, it was a pleasure moving you. Your comment on fees is valid but I said from the very beginning, fees are irrelevant - it's which agent can put the most money in your pocket at the end of the transaction that counts. I'm glad we did that for you. ...

I had a terrible experience with ANDY the manager at this branch.
When marketing the property he made numerous lies which I caught him out with. Please avoid this agent and use someone with honesty and professionalism....

I have contacted the only Paul who has sold with us recently and he claims not to have reviewed us. I am concerned that anyone would draw into question my honesty or professionalism, as I care passionately about the industry I serve. To have suggested that I have 'made numerous lies' and been 'caught out' is simply not true! ...

There is a very fine line between pro-active and assertive Agency and harrassment. As a Company we do have procedures in place to prevent people from receiving unwanted mail and calls. Please fee free to email me [email protected] and I will look into your concerns further. ...
