New to the area, I was delighted with the friendly and professional help given to me by by the sales and letting departments. I felt very confident with Lauren handling the sale, and all the queries to do with the negotiations were dealt with promptly and efficiently. The lettings department has also given great service. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful and I would certainly not hesitate to recommend Helmores.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
