I approached Leaders as I had a property to let in the area. David was very professional and gave me an honest opinion on the rental market, valuation and services available. He also advised me how to go about rental increases on my other investment properties. His legal knowledge is excellent and I was more than happy to instruct Leaders to let my property. I would highly recommend David and Leaders if you have a property to let in and around the Sutton area.
