I asked 3 agents to pitch and then chose Seymours. I queried the price point which I thought was too high but was convinced by the sales patter and was told that they had several potential investment buyers. So confident were they that they signed on only a four week agreement. Well, when we had had no (nada, zero) viewings, I pulled the sale from them and went with another agent who marketed at a lower price point and got viewings and a buyer
What agent could do to change your mind?
I think that they should have chosen a lower price point and done a better job of marketing, for example, they could have said that the property was immediately lettable at a rent of ‚£ xxx p.m. which it wasAttached Filesnbsp;
