Helmores were very helpful and supportive to us in our house purchase, particularly Ian Blanchford. As we didn't have an Estate Agent to sell our own property our sole communication was with Ian. There were a few queries along the way which he dealt with promptly which helped to alleviate some of the stress of a house purchase. I appreciated Ian ringing to congratulate us on Exchange which in the end was a little protracted. However all in all the whole experience has been positive and by all accounts pretty swift! Thanks to Ian and the staff at Helmores. We are very much looking forward to moving to Devon!

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
